We're deep into summer here in Beijing, which also brings along fresh summer menus. This year, there are some truly delightful options to enjoy, featuring three of our favorites: new tacos, burgers, and pizzas!
**Las Musas**
To start, Las Musas has introduced three new tacos to their offerings. First is the Ahi Tuna Steak Taco (RMB 80), consisting of sesame-crusted, ponzu-marinated tuna, zesty slaw, shaved Florence fennel, orange, and fresh dill. Next is the Salsa de Cacahuete Asado Steak Taco (RMB 70), which includes charcoal-grilled skirt steak topped with a rich Oaxacan peanut salsa, fresh onions, cilantro, and cotija cheese.
They also offer a new vegan option, the Grilled Mushroom Carnitas Taco (RMB 55), featuring shredded oyster mushrooms topped with spicy soy crema, red cabbage escabeche, and roasted pepitas. Additionally, there’s the El Fenix Carnitas Taco Bowl (RMB 70), a crispy tortilla bowl filled with braised carnitas (or grilled mushrooms for the veggie option), Romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, pickled onions, and cotija cheese. **Beersmith**
Beersmith has rolled out two new burgers, one being the Blue Duke Burger, which was first revealed at Juicy Burger Fest, featuring blue cheese, honey mayo, and pickled onions on a beef patty, perfect for cheese enthusiasts. The second new burger is the Spicy Queen Burger, featuring an Angus beef patty, bacon, cheese, hot sauce, and grilled pineapple. Other fresh additions include Quesadillas, a Beer Bites Board, Sweet Blaze Ribs, Buffalo Blast Wings, Beef Tataki, and more. Gung Ho! has added a remarkable four new pizzas for their summer menu: Smoked Ham and Mixed Mushrooms (RMB 89), Slow Cooked Beef Rib (RMB 99), Crispy Roast Pork With Tree Tomato Chutney (RMB 99), and Porcini Mushroom (RMB 119). They also feature new pasta dishes like Goulash Rigatoni (RMB 78) and Creamy Seafood Orzo Pasta (RMB 88), as well as fresh main courses such as Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs With Mashed Potatoes (RMB 98), Sirloin Steak Skewers (RMB 68), and Herb Chicken Skewers (RMB 38). **Georgia's Feast**
Georgia's Feast has introduced a host of new dishes for summer, with the most impressive being The Batumi Ferris Wheel, inspired by the iconic Georgian landmark. This dish features five delicious snacks served on a mini Ferris wheel, including Lemongrass Shrimp, Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken, Crispy Duck Spring Rolls, Pork Ribs, and Prawn Crackers.
