This year, with both public and expert votes, we've organized the burgers according to the public's 20 top picks, accompanied by their respective expert rankings in brackets.       #20 Rich Burger (Expert Panel #19)

      Rich Burger has long been a favorite among Shunyi locals, but this year it garnered attention beyond the area, moving up from 41st place last year to 20th this time. All of Rich Burger’s patties are handcrafted using imported Angus beef, and for those who prefer a classic, the Cheeseburger (RMB 55) is their most popular item on Dianping. Lovers of Hawaiian burgers should try the Pineapple Teriyaki Cheeseburger (RMB 58), featuring beef topped with house-made teriyaki sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar.

      Now with two locations in the city, Take A Bite has climbed from 33 last year to 19 this year. We at the Beijinger have always appreciated Take A Bite, and we highly recommend the Burning in Hell (RMB 52), a spicy option featuring homemade suicide chili sauce, spicy mayo, and jalapenos atop one of their crafted patties.

      #18 Wolfgang's Steakhouse (Expert Panel #5)

      Wolfgang's Steakhouse shows the largest difference between the public vote and Expert Panel vote in the top 20, placing 18th and 5th, respectively. As expected from a quality steakhouse, their burgers focus on quality meat. The highlight this year was the Signature 50 Day Dry-Aged Sirloin Burger (RMB 198), featuring a freshly ground, premium dry-aged steak patty seared to a crispy perfection.

      #17 Deli NYC (Expert Panel #17)

      While better known for their US-style sandwiches, Deli NYC's burgers made an impression this year. Classic fans will appreciate the Beef Cheeseburger (RMB 56), which features a handcrafted beef patty paired simply with melted cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a soft bun. At the Juicy Burger Fest, their exclusive NYC Cheese Fries Burger, combining chili and melted cheese on a Wagyu patty, was very popular.

      #16 Huddler Diner and Bar (Expert Panel #10)

      Earlier in the year, Huddler Diner and Bar opened a full restaurant in Gaobeidian, where they serve their impressive burgers alongside a range of gin-based cocktails from partner bar Seize the Gin. Huddler made the biggest leap this year, rising from 57 to 16 in the rankings. The must-try burger is the Huddler Burger (RMB 68), featuring two smash patties, a secret bacon and dried plum sauce, pickles, and cheese.
