**Rosy Bay Opens on the Liangma River**
Rosy Bay has recently launched by the Liangma River, directly opposite Solana. With its stunning terrace and rooftop that offer riverfront vistas, it’s an ideal summer destination for food and drinks. Specializing in New Zealand cuisine, some must-try items include New Zealand Venison Pizza (RMB 118), Manuka Honey Roast Chicken (RMB 68), and Volcanic Stone Grilled Beef Burger (RMB 88). **Thai Festival Returns to Chaoyang Park**
Next weekend, May 30-31, the Thai Festival returns to Chaoyang Park, offering a weekend celebration of Thai culture in the capital. Hosted by the Royal Thai Embassy in Beijing, the festival will feature a variety of authentic Thai food and drinks, cultural performances, and immersive experiences that showcase the sights, sounds, and flavors of Thailand. The Thai Festival will be held at Fusion Square in Chaoyang Park from 10:30 am to 6 pm on May 30-31, and entry is completely free.

**Above the Skyline Terrace Party at Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing**
On Friday, May 29, Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing will host an "Above the Skyline" party on their beautiful terrace overlooking the Forbidden City. Guests will enjoy a specially curated East-meets-West fusion buffet, including a Beijing Duck station, an Iberian ham carving display, and an oyster and caviar ice bar. Guest mixologists from bars like Pony Up and Tiao will collaborate with the MO Bar team to craft unique cocktails for the occasion.
Tickets for the event cover the buffet and two specialty cocktails from guest mixologists; early bird tickets are sold out, but standard tickets are available for RMB 588 per person. Entertainment throughout the evening will include a fashion show, contemporary dance performance, and live DJ sets.
The Above the Skyline Terrace Party is scheduled for Friday, May 29, from 6:30 pm until late. Standard tickets are RMB 588 per person.

**Fuaxi Cantonese Restaurant Opens New Branch Near Sanyuanqiao**
Cantonese Restaurant Fuaxi has opened a new branch not far from Sanyuanli Market, near Sanyuanqiao. Its third location in Beijing, Fuaxi specializes in traditional Cantonese cuisine, particularly Cantonese roast meats. Signature dishes include various roast goose options, dim sum favorites like har gow and siu mai, clay pot dishes, and congee.
The restaurant’s interior evokes a classic Hong Kong-style dai pai dong, featuring warm lighting, vintage wooden furniture, retro tiles, and neon signs. An open roast meat display at the entrance, showcasing hanging roast goose, char siu, and duck, along with an open kitchen where you can see the chefs at work, creates a lively atmosphere.
