**Cantonese Restaurant Fuaxi Opens New Branch Near Sanyuanqiao**
Cantonese Restaurant Fuaxi has opened a new branch just a short distance from Sanyuanli Market near Sanyuanqiao. This is their third location in Beijing, specializing in traditional Cantonese fare with a particular emphasis on roast meats. Signature dishes include various roast goose offerings, dim sum like har gow and siu mai, clay pot dishes, congee, and more.
The restaurant aims to recreate the classic atmosphere of a Hong Kong-style dai pai dong, featuring warm lighting, vintage wooden furnishings, retro tiles, and neon signs. An open roast meat display at the entrance showcases hanging roast goose, char siu, and duck, complemented by an open kitchen where diners can see the chefs at work, giving the space a market-like ambiance.
