The votes have been tallied from our inaugural Veggie Burger Cup, and Slowboat's Lotus Lane Burger has emerged as the Veggie Burger Cup Champion! As six-time winners of our Juicy Burger Cup, this victory demonstrates that Slowboat is not exclusively focused on meaty creations; they also infuse the same imaginative spirit into their vegetable selections.
Rabiul's Kitchen's Mumbai-Style Potato Burger claimed a close second, with both leading burgers receiving high praise from our panel of devoted veggie burger fans.
Discovering the best veggie burgers in Beijing required significant effort: we first compiled an extensive list of 37 plant-based options in the city and then allowed voters to select the top 16. Ultimately, a panel consisting of vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores ranked these selections. The complete methodology is detailed at the end of this post; but first, here are the rankings:
