      **Guest Chef Ma Shaoan at San Wu Tang**

      Starting tomorrow (Feb 19) and running until Feb 28, Chef Ma Shaoan will showcase Yunnan flavors at San Wu Tang. As the Executive Chef at Shangri-La, Kunming JEN Hotel, and a Yunnan native with 31 years of culinary experience, Ma will introduce classic dishes like Crossing the Bridge Noodles, along with a variety of offerings that include authentic Yunnan ingredients such as wild mushrooms, dried yak, pu'er tea, and more.       **Guest Chef Fabio Falanga at Daccapo**

      Italian Chef Fabio Falanga will host a special Seven-Course Dinner (RMB 666/person) at Daccapo this Thursday and Friday (Feb 20 and 21) from 6 pm to 9:30 pm. The dinner will feature dishes such as Smoked Oysters, Red Flower Risotto, and Slow-Roasted M5 Beef Tenderloin, among other delicacies.       Renowned for their innovative cocktails, Chiang Mai's Bar.San. will be showcasing their drinks at Long Fang this Thursday (Feb 20). Chief Bartender Mali and Senior Bartender Ning will conduct a guest shift where they'll serve five of their original cocktails for one night only.       **"Brunch Up" Collab With Quanjude at N'JOY**

      NUO Hotel Beijing is partnering with the well-known Peking duck chain Quanjude for a special brunch this Sunday (Feb 23) at N'JOY. This event is part of their "Brunch Up" series, held on the last Sunday of each month. Quanjude will present their Signature Roast Duck along with dishes like Pineapple Duck and Quanjude Duck Noodles. Guests can also enjoy N'JOY's typical brunch offerings, including a variety of seafood and Southeast Asian cuisine.
