Hotel Éclat Beijing is set to unveil an exceptional culinary collaboration with two-Michelin-starred Swiss Chef Christian Kuchler, who will take charge of George’s Restaurant from September 11 to 13.

About Chef Christian Kuchler
Christian Kuchler is the esteemed chef behind Taverne zum Schäfli in Wigoltingen, Switzerland—a restaurant that has earned two Michelin stars and 18 Gault Millau points during his tenure. Educated under the culinary icon Alain Ducasse in Paris, Kuchler exemplifies a new generation of chefs who respect tradition while welcoming innovation. His cooking is marked by precision, rich flavors, and an enthusiasm for both fine dining and comforting, rustic dishes. Alongside his role in Switzerland, Kuchler is also responsible for the culinary direction at the Boutique Hotel Alhambra located on the Croatian island of Losinj.
