**Chill Since '93 Launches First Branch in Beijing**
Chill Since '93, an Italian-style café chain linked to the fashion brand Brandy Melville, has opened its first Beijing location, marking its debut in China. Originally founded in Los Angeles, the café serves pizzas, sandwiches, desserts, and signature beverages, featuring the brand's iconic “Chill Since '93” designs on various clothing and accessories. The Beijing location opened on July 19 in Sanlitun Courtyard No.4. The ambiance is laid-back with picnic bench-style and bar seating at an open kitchen. True to the brand, they offer a selection of square Italian pizzas, Italian sandwiches, fresh juices, coffees, and Chill Since '93 merchandise.

**Carbo Introduces Homemade Pasta to the Friendship Store Complex**
We previously reported that Carbo would be opening at the Friendship Store Complex, and we are pleased to announce that it is now officially in operation! This pasta bar, which initially launched in Chongqing, brings handmade pasta to Beijing, featuring dishes like Black Truffle Cream Spaghetti (RMB 78) and Spaghetti Bolognese (RMB 58), alongside appetizers, salads, Italian desserts, and a variety of drinks. The setting is bright and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere and an open kitchen, as well as outdoor terrace seating.

**New Bistro Dundun Tuntun Opens in Taikoo Li**
Dundun Tuntun is a newly established bistro and bar in Sanlitun, located just off the bustling TaiKoo Li West area. The venue is divided into two sections, one being a self-serve craft beer bar and the other serving as a café during the day and a cocktail lounge at night. Patrons can pour their own craft beers using advanced taps and a smart wristband, sampling as much or as little as they wish. While the café area offers Loose Goose coffee by day, it transforms into a space for draft cocktails and DJ events in the evening and at night.
The menu emphasizes fusion comfort food from northwestern China and is updated seasonally. Current offerings include Oil Splashed Noodles (RMB 38), Da Pan Ji Chicken Wings (RMB 48), and Lamb Chuan'r with Naan (RMB 78).

**Chill Bar Renamed and Renovated to Become Pub 96**
Chill Bar, previously known as the Drum and Bell, has undergone a complete renovation and rebranding to become Pub 96. It has transformed into a darts venue, featuring four electronic dartboards. The bar has now been relocated to a smaller room on the right, and multiple craft beers are available on tap. The main area on the left has been designated for darts, with three dartboards at the back and additional seating where the bar used to be. The outdoor section has been stylishly updated, featuring new tables, chairs, and seating around a central tree.
