Here, you can savor their signature items like the Huddler Burger and Smash Burger, along with various inventive fusion dishes featuring a Chinese flair. Jing-A Introduces Dong Bei 10th Anniversary Beer and Burger
To celebrate a decade of brewing their Dongbei Hazy IPA, Jing-A launched the Dong Bei 10th Anniversary beer last Friday, a modern hazy IPA. This fresh version is made with four Australian hops: Galaxy, Vic Secret, Eclipse, and Enigma, fermented using LalBrew Pomona yeast. It delivers strong tropical fruit flavors with hints of citrus, grape, and peach, boasting an 8 percent ABV that's surprisingly smooth, so enjoy responsibly!
Alongside the beer, they’ve also crafted a limited-edition burger called the Qiqihar BBQ Wagyu Beef Burger, featuring a thick Wagyu beef patty topped with M5 short ribs marinated in the Dong Bei 10th Anniversary beer before grilling.
For those wanting to enjoy both the beer and burger, Jing-A offers Anniversary Sets for RMB 208, which include two glasses of Dong Bei 10th Anniversary, the Qiqihar BBQ Wagyu Beef Burger, and a special anniversary tote bag (while supplies last). Additional details about the new beer and burger can be found here, along with information on each Jing-A branch in the accompanying poster.
Overtone Introduces New Sichuan Sausage Burger
Overtone has recently added a spicy treat for burger lovers: the Sichuan Sausage Burger. At its core is one of their classic patties made from premium brisket, topped with authentic Sichuan sausage, crispy Sichuan pickles, and finished with their house-made mala sauce.

New Offering, Class of 1855 Brett Strong Ale, Launches at Slowboat
Last Thursday, Slowboat introduced a new addition to their lineup, the Class of 1855 Brett Strong Ale. This beer undergoes two months of fermentation with Lithuanian farmhouse yeast and Brett yeast, then gets dry-hopped in the final phase with Nelson Sauvin hops. Inspired by skin-contact natural white wine, it presents a clean, crisp flavor profile with citrus notes and a robust 10 percent ABV, meant to be savored slowly. The Class of 1855 Brett Strong Ale is now available at all Slowboat locations, with further details provided in the accompanying poster.
COMMUNE Unveils New Sichuan Peppercorn Beer
Yesterday, COMMUNE launched a new brew called Mai Li Sa Jiao, a Sichuan Pepper Wheat Beer. This refreshing beer features citrus and coriander aromas, complemented by the subtly numbing taste of green Sichuan peppercorns. With a 5 percent ABV, it's a delightful light brew perfect for spring! You can find this new beer across various COMMUNE locations; click here for branch addresses and contact information.

This burger includes tater-tot-style potato balls, crispy applewood-smoked bacon, a fried egg, cheese, and sweet chili sauce, all in a soft potato bun. The new breakfast burger is available at all their branches until 10 am daily.
Two New Thai-Style Burgers at McDonald's
McDonald's has rolled out a limited-time Thai-themed menu featuring two new burgers. The first is the Pad Kra Pao Pork Burger, which consists of two flame-grilled pork patties topped with pad kra pao-style chicken (spicy Thai basil minced chicken).
