Huddler Opens Complete Restaurant
If you enjoyed Huddler's burgers at last year's Juicy Burger Fest, we have exciting news! They have opened a full-fledged restaurant, Huddler Diner and Bar, located in Gaobeidian. Here, you can savor their signature burgers like the Huddler Burger and Smash Burger, along with various other innovative fusion dishes that incorporate Chinese elements. At night, it transforms into a gin bar called Seize the Gin, offering a comprehensive array of gin-based cocktails.

Jing-A Unveils Dong Bei 10th Anniversary Brew and Burger
Last Friday, in celebration of a decade of crafting their Dongbei Hazy IPA, Jing-A introduced a new beer named Dong Bei 10th Anniversary, a contemporary hazy IPA. This fresh version features four Australian hops: Galaxy, Vic Secret, Eclipse, and Enigma, and is fermented with LalBrew Pamona yeast. It boasts strong tropical fruit flavors along with citrus, grape, and peach scents, and has an 8 percent ABV that is surprisingly smooth, so enjoy responsibly!
To complement the new beer, they have also created a limited-edition burger. The Qiqihar BBQ Wagyu Beef Burger consists of a thick Wagyu beef patty packed with M5 short ribs marinated in the Dong Bei 10th Anniversary beer prior to grilling.
If you want to enjoy both the beer and burger, along with some Jing-A merchandise, they offer Anniversary Sets as well. For RMB 208, you receive two glasses of Dong Bei 10th Anniversary, the Qiqihar BBQ Wagyu Beef Burger, and a special anniversary tote bag (while supplies last). Overtone Introduces New Sichuan Sausage Burger
Overtone has recently added a new burger that is sure to appeal to spice enthusiasts: the Sichuan Sausage Burger. This burger starts with one of their classic patties made from high-quality brisket, topped with authentic Sichuan sausage, crispy Sichuan pickles, and finished with their house-made mala sauce.

New Offering, Class of 1855 Brett Strong Ale, Launches at Slowboat
Last Thursday, Slowboat expanded their impressive selection with a new beer titled Class of 1855 Brett Strong Ale. It undergoes two months of fermentation using Lithuanian farmhouse yeast and Brett yeast, followed by dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops during the final phase. Inspired by skin-contact natural white wine, it has a refreshing, crisp flavor featuring citrus notes and with a robust 10 percent ABV, it is meant to be enjoyed slowly. The Class of 1855 Brett Strong Ale is available at all Slowboat locations, which are detailed in the poster below.
COMMUNE Introduces New Sichuan Peppercorn Beer
Yesterday, COMMUNE released a new brew called Mai Li Sa Jiao, a Sichuan Pepper Wheat Beer. It features aromas of citrus and coriander seeds, followed by the pleasantly numbing taste of green Sichuan peppercorns. With a 5 percent ABV, it's a light beer perfect for spring! Shake Shack Launches New Breakfast Burger
Last week, Shake Shack announced the addition of a new burger to their breakfast menu. The Wake Up Shack combines tater-tot-style potato balls, crispy applewood-smoked bacon, a fried egg, cheese, and sweet chili sauce all nestled in one of their soft potato buns. This new breakfast burger is available at all locations until 10 am each morning.
Two New Thai-Style Burgers Debut at McDonald's
McDonald's has recently introduced a limited-time Thai-themed menu, featuring two new burgers. First, there’s the Pad Kra Pao Pork Burger, which has two flame-grilled pork patties topped with pad kra pao-style chicken (spicy Thai basil minced chicken).
