**Mistier 迷迩**
The latest addition to the Big Bite list, Mistier, opened earlier this year in the new Friendship Store Complex. Featuring a charcoal grill and minimalist black interior design, the restaurant ensures that the food is the main attraction. Their menu offers a variety of eclectic dishes, including crocodile. The beverage selection includes wines from independent wineries around the globe, craft beers, a unique whisky collection, and more.

**Bistro Strong 壮壮酒馆**
Established in 2021, Bistro Strong has two locations in Beijing, with the Solana site making it onto the Big Bite list. Beyond this recognition, Bistro Strong has also been featured on the 2025 Michelin-Selected Restaurant list. Their focus is primarily on Xinjiang and Inner Mongolian cuisine, offering dishes mainly based on beef, lamb, and goat. To complement the meals, they offer a variety of signature and classic cocktails, wine, whisky, and other spirits.

**Fukumimi 美醉堂**
Yakitori restaurant Fukumimi was launched in November 2023 by the team behind Beyond Yakitori in collaboration with the Japanese restaurant group Kuuraku. Located in JinShang Yuan, it offers a taste of Ginza in Beijing, featuring bar-style seating that looks out onto the charcoal grill and open kitchen. They serve a variety of yakitori dishes, including Chicken Thigh with Leek and Chicken Oysters, along with signature items like the Beyond Scotch Egg and Torched Mackerel. Their food is paired with a fine sake selection curated by their own sake sommelier, and they also serve draft beer, cocktails, and more.

**Chunzhi Bistro 春至Bistro**
If you visited our Hot & Spicy Fest in 2024, you might recognize Chunzhi Bistro as one of the vendors. They specialize in Yunnan cuisine, featuring a seasonal menu rich in ingredients, including a fantastic variety of mushrooms sourced straight from Yunnan. Their standout dish is the Claypot Rice with Marbled Dried Beef and Porcini Mushrooms (雪花牛干巴牛肝菌釜饭). For drinks, they mainly focus on craft beer, which guests can choose from their beer fridge. Non-drinkers can also find non-alcoholic ciders on offer.

**La Seine Bistro 塞纳河传统地中海餐厅**
Nestled next to the Liangma River, known as “the Seine of Beijing” in recent years, La Seine opened in May 2023. They serve a variety of Mediterranean dishes such as pasta, tapas, and steak, accompanied by a fantastic wine selection that gets updated monthly. Their appealing weekday lunch deal runs from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, offering an appetizer, main, and dessert for just RMB 108. In warmer months, their terrace is highly recommended.
