Jing-A Introduces Three New Pizzas and Burgers
Jing-A has recently refreshed their menu, bringing pizza back into the mix! They now offer three pizzas, including the famous Lao Gan Ma Luau (RMB 98), which is their unique twist on a Hawaiian pizza featuring pork, pineapple, mozzarella cheese, and Lao Gan Ma pizza sauce. The other two pizzas are a classic Margherita (RMB 88) and a Truffle and Parma Ham pizza (RMB 108). Unlike before, these pizzas are no longer exclusive to the Longfusi branch; they are now available at all locations except for the Ghost Street branch.
In addition to pizza, Jing-A has also introduced three new burgers. These include the Yunnan-Guizhou Sour Soup Flavor Wagyu Burger (RMB 88), launched at the Juicy Burger Fest, as well as the Elvis Molten Cheese Durian Wagyu Burger (RMB 98) and the Explosive Truffle Mushroom King Wagyu Burger (RMB 88).

New Sichuan-Style Mapo Tofu Pizza at COMMUNE
COMMUNE announced yesterday that they will be adding new items to their menu, including the Sichuan Style Mapo Tofu Pizza. This spicy fusion dish incorporates silken tofu in the base and is topped with a traditional spicy and numbing mapo meat sauce. Other new offerings include Truffle Gnocchi, Neapolitan Seafood Salad, and Seafood Curry Spaghetti.

Shake Shack Launches Special Collaboration Burger
Shake Shack has introduced a new collaboration menu with streetwear icon NIGO, available for a limited time at select locations. The offerings include Curry Cheese Fries (RMB 42), a refreshing Mango Pomelo Shake (RMB 46), and a Teriyaki Beef Burger (RMB 58). This burger features a homemade teriyaki sauce, pickled radish, onion, and scallions, all on top of a succulent cheeseburger patty.

Slowboat's Seasonal Burger Series Vol. 3
In case you missed our last Week Ahead post, the third volume of Slowboat's Seasonal Burger Series is now happening, featuring the Tianjin Jianbing Burger available until the end of August at all Slowboat locations in Beijing. This burger offers a twist on the beloved breakfast treat, featuring an all-beef patty in a buttery brioche bun, topped with Slowboat's signature Ayi-oli, crispy house-made guozi, jianbing sauce, a fried egg, and fresh scallions.

New Burger and Breakfast Dishes at The Cheesecake Factory
Recently, The Cheesecake Factory introduced the new Bistro Burger to their menu. Though it resembles a sandwich, it boasts a burger-inspired filling made of thick-cut bacon, steak sauce, and caramelized onions, topped off with garlic mayonnaise. They've also added several new breakfast options, including a Brioche Breakfast Sandwich, Breakfast Burrito, and Jambalaya Hash & Eggs.
