Still Sizzlin': Hot & Spicy Festival Vendors Part 2

      Following yesterday’s post that explored the first half of vendors at this year's Hot & Spicy Fest, we now present round two! Our global spice journey of over 100 dishes continues, featuring even more fiery offerings from around the world.

      In this final installment, we’re highlighting a diverse selection from Venezuelan to Thai, Korean, Sichuanese, German, Mediterranean, Japanese, and beyond!

      SomeSomeSomeSome 东南亚小馆

      SomeSome is showcasing Thai spice at the festival.

      Menu Highlight(s):

      - Pad Kra Pao With Hand-Diced Angus Ribeye – a recreation of the famous Thai street food dish, where premium Angus ribeye is wok-tossed with Thai basil and bird's eye chilies.

      - Lemon-Salted Plum-Pickled Guava – fresh guava steeped in homemade salted plum brine and lemon, offering a refreshing treat.

      Exclusive Dish(es):

      - Thai-Style Sour & Chili Squid – premium squid lightly blanched and served with a homemade Thai-style sweet and chili sauce, free of MSG and oil for a guilt-free delight.

      Hi-Town Bistro海塘Bistro

      Fusion food experts Hi-Town Bistro have created several dishes at the fest featuring Indian ghost chilies.

      Menu Highlight(s):

      - Ghost Pepper Beef Tripe – fresh tripe cooked in a fiery mala broth.

      - Pepper Sous Vide Beef Rib – a chilled dish ideal for summer, featuring tender beef rib with a kick of spice.

      Exclusive Dish(es):

      - Spiced Lamb Kidney Burrito – making a special appearance for the fest, this dish features signature lamb kidneys combined with Mexican spices in a tortilla.

      Berlin Bites 柏林百特

      Berlin Bites will ramp up the spice levels on some of their most popular dishes and introduce a new one at the festival.

      Menu Highlight(s):

      - Döner – their signature dish with chicken or beef, fresh veggies, and an extra spicy option, served in their specialty bread.

      - Currywurst – deep-fried pork sausage with their secret currywurst sauce, topped with curry powder ranging from mild to extremely spicy, specially for the fest.

      - Spicy Loaded Fries – a new twist on loaded fries, launched at the fest.

      Beersmith presents dishes that combine spicy flavors from across China with bold, beer-friendly bar bites to pair with their craft brews.

      - Spicy Mint Pork Ribs – deep-fried pork ribs with a special Hainan yellow lantern chili sauce, garnished with crispy fried mint leaves for a spicy yet refreshing experience.

      Kang Kang will showcase Gansu spice with dishes featuring peppers from Tianshui in Gangu county.

      - Cheese Spicy Chicken Grilled Cold Noodles – a fusion dish using Samyang’s chicken noodles topped with melted Anchor mozzarella cheese.

      - Spicy Barbecue – high-quality beef and lamb skewers enhanced with a spice blend made from Gangu chili peppers and secret ingredients.
