Four Key Events for the Upcoming Week in Beijing (Dec 22-28)

      Christmas is just around the corner, and as we look to the upcoming week, there are several festive events happening in the capital, including a Christmas quiz, comedy shows, feasts, and more.

      **Compete – Ugly Sweater Christmas-Themed Quiz at The Local**

      On Tuesday (Dec 23), The Local will host an Ugly Sweater Christmas-Themed edition of their weekly quiz. Teams of up to six can earn a bonus point for wearing an ugly Christmas sweater, and ginger cookies will be provided for those who reserve a table in advance. The quiz begins at 8pm, with a recommendation for teams to consist of no more than six members. Prizes will be awarded for each round as well as for first, second, and second-to-last places.       **Laugh – Whose Christmas Is It Anyway?**

      On Friday (Dec 26), there will be a Christmas-themed improv comedy show at Nanyang Hutong #6 starting at 8pm. Titled Whose Christmas Is It Anyway?, the show draws inspiration from the famous improv series Whose Line Is It Anyway? The lineup features comedians Donnie Fan and Nico Too Much from Comedy Citadel, Nathan from the SanliTWINS improv duo, and Laurel and Sean from Beijing Improv.       **Drink – Xmas Ale at Slowboat**

      Celebrate the holiday season with Slowboat's new Safe Harbor Xmas Ale.
