The Vendors
Get ready to experience a meat lover's heaven with over 20 vendors from Beijing and other regions. Enjoy a variety of offerings, from classic American low-and-slow BBQ to Brazilian churrasco, traditional Turkish grilling, Beijing chuan'r, and an assortment of barbecue specialties from countries like Thailand, Mexico, Germany, and more!
