      This Wednesday (Mar 25), Beijing Postcards will host a "History of the Hutong" Walking Tour, providing participants with an opportunity to delve into the city's history through a guided tour of Beijing's famous alleyways and their significance. With the aid of maps, archival resources, and firsthand insights, the tour will reveal over 2,000 years of history hidden within the hutongs, illustrating how these intricate neighborhoods have shaped the essence of the capital.

      The tour will occur on Wed, Mar 25, from 10am to 12:30pm, starting at Beijing Postcards. Tickets for adults are priced at RMB 300, while children's tickets are RMB 150. Tickets can be bought by scanning the QR code below.

      **Sing – Karaoke Night at The Local**

      Thursday evenings at The Local are dedicated to karaoke, offering you the chance to showcase your singing talents from 8pm onward. While most participants typically sing in English or Mandarin, they will also accommodate requests for songs in other languages. Additionally, every Thursday features a half-price shashlik deal (with any drink purchase) for a tasty snack between performances.

      Karaoke Night occurs every Thursday starting at 8pm upstairs at The Local, with no entry fee. The half-price shashlik offer is available from 3pm to 10pm each Thursday.
