Dine – Nesto Soft Opening in Mix Island
On Tuesday (Nov 18), Nesto, the latest addition to Mix Island, will have its soft opening. It is taking over the space that Mosto previously occupied. While the similarity in names hints at a possible similar atmosphere, it's uncertain if there's any official link between the two. Nesto will focus on Southern European cuisine, featuring an array of Italian and Spanish dishes. Additionally, it welcomes pets, so you can bring your furry companions.

Celebrate – Modernista 14th Anniversary
Modernista is marking its 14th anniversary this month with exciting promotions throughout the month. Every day from 6pm to 9pm, enjoy free-flow Berry Grapefruit G&T, Moscow Mule, and Mint Julep Fizz for RMB 98. For RMB 158, you can get the same free-flow offer along with a Spanish Pintxos Platter. They're also giving a 20 percent discount on all menu items between 6pm and 9pm.
Other drink specials include a classic or signature cocktail for RMB 68 starting at 9pm, with a different cocktail featured each week. All absinthe is 50 percent off from 6pm until closing, and they have a Shot Happy Hour, where six shots are available for RMB 60 after 11pm. Alongside these deals, there will be daily live performances, and you can follow their WeChat account (ID: Modernista) for updates on upcoming events.

Explore – Songzhuang Art District Tour
This Saturday (Nov 22), from 9.30am to 4pm, there will be an engaging tour of the Songzhuang Art District. The itinerary includes visits to galleries and studios of prominent Chinese artists, including the outdoor exhibition-container park and the art café of the notable artist Ma Yue. Shop – Christmas Markets Across Beijing
This weekend (Nov 22-23), the annual Village de Noël Christmas Market will commence at Maison Flo from 11am to 7pm each day, running every weekend until Dec 21. Tickets are priced at RMB 29.9 per person and can be obtained by scanning the QR code in the poster above. Also, there will be the WAB Winter Market on Sat, Nov 22, from 10am to 3pm at WAB Elementary School, which is free to attend.
