Beijing News: Adjustments to Subway Line 1 and Batong Line on October 18-19.

      Due to upgrade work, from 10 PM today, Saturday, October 18, until 6 AM tomorrow, Sunday, October 19, three stations on Line 1/Batong Line will be closed, with only sections of the line functioning.

      Stations Closed on Line 1/Batong Line:

      - 建国门站 Jianguomen

      - 东单站 Dongdan

      - 永安里站 Yong’anli

      Jianguomen station on Line 2 and Dongdan station on Line 5 will still be operational; however, transfers will not be available during this time.

      Throughout the affected service period, Line 1/Batong Line will operate in two segments:

      - 古城站 Gucheng – 王府井站 Wangfujing

      - 国贸站 Guomao – 环球度假区站 Universal Resort

      During this period, trains departing east from Gucheng will terminate at Wangfujing, while trains coming from Universal Resort heading west will stop at Guomao.
