New Burgers, Pizza, and More in These Fall Menus

      As we enter the fall season, several restaurants in Beijing are rolling out new autumn selections, including two of our favorites: burgers and pizzas. Additionally, keep in mind that Restaurant Week Autumn 2025 is ongoing until September 29, providing opportunities for discounted dining experiences.

      **Soldout**

      Soldout has introduced two new limited-time burgers for the autumn. The first is the Roasted Pepper Cheeseburger (RMB 43), which features a 100% grain-fed beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, celtuce, Sichuan sausage, and roasted red pepper mayo. The second option is the Roasted Pepper Chicken (RMB 26), consisting of a five-spice fried chicken breast combined with celtuce, Sichuan sausage, and roasted red pepper mayo. These burgers are available at both Soldout locations.

      **COMMUNE**

      Recently, COMMUNE unveiled its new autumn menu, featuring a range of new dishes, including two pizzas. One is the Tartufata Supreme (RMB 258), an enhanced version of their highly popular Tartufata (RMB 148), topped with béchamel sauce, wild black truffle paste, mushrooms, salted egg yolk, burrata cheese, and freshly shaved black Yunnan truffles. The other option is the Meat Lovers pizza (RMB 138), featuring a crust loaded with ham, beef, sausage, and chicken cooked in red wine and onions, complemented with cheese and a drizzle of garlic oil and thyme. Additional new dishes include Smoked Slow-Roasted Beef Ribs, Fried Pumpkin Mac and Cheese Balls, and Gambas Al Ajillo (RMB 88).

      **Great Leap**

      Last week, Great Leap introduced a new autumn brunch menu, available on weekends from 11 am to 4 pm. This menu includes brunch staples like the Salmon Egg Benedict (RMB 78), featuring ciabatta topped with eggs, hollandaise, avocado, arugula, salmon, cherry tomatoes, and dill weed, as well as the Bacon Egg Benedict with bacon replacing the salmon. They also offer Quesadillas (RMB 68), filled with chicken or beef, taco sauce, cheese, salsa, yogurt, and cilantro. This autumn brunch menu can be enjoyed at all locations except Great Leap #6.

      **Shake Shack**

      To mark the season, Shake Shack is embracing mushrooms by introducing two limited-time mushroom dishes. The first is the Maitake Mushroom Burger (RMB 68), which includes an Angus beef patty topped with cheese, Dijon mustard mayo, perilla leaf, fried maitake mushrooms, and additional fried mushrooms, finished with a sprinkling of nori flakes. The other offering is the Crispy Mushrooms (RMB 26), featuring deep-fried mushrooms served with perilla leaf, spicy pepper salt, and nori flakes.
