**HUNGER DOG 饿狗**
HUNGER DOG specializes in Texas-style barbecue, employing fruitwood and low-and-slow techniques, with most meats cooked for 12 to 18 hours. All their meats are sourced from top-notch suppliers in the US, and they'll have some signature items at the festival.
**Menu Highlights:**
- Slow-Smoked Beef Brisket – featuring a crispy, peppery exterior and tender, juicy, smoke-infused interior.
- Classic Beef Ribs – chosen for their ample marbling, these ribs are slow-smoked until the fat is fully rendered, resulting in rich beef aroma and incredible tenderness.
- American Pork Ribs – brushed with their secret sauce, perfectly balancing sweet and savory, cooked until the meat effortlessly pulls from the bone, bursting with juice.
- House-Made Pork Sausage – crafted daily from fresh pork shoulder, providing a distinct meaty texture, juicy snap, and robust smoky flavor.
**Tandoor Indian Restaurant 天都里印度餐厅**
Tandoor Indian Restaurant has been refining their tandoori cuisine since 1994, when they first opened in Shanghai. They will present some of their renowned tandoori dishes at the festival.
**Menu Highlights:**
- Tandoori Chicken – a twist on the traditional; Hainan Wenchang Chicken infused with their secret masala spices, creating a perfect combination of Chinese and Indian flavors.
- Tandoori Mackerel – a house specialty; fresh Norwegian mackerel marinated with masala spices that enhance its savory taste.
- Mango Yogurt – homemade yogurt, hand-fermented and blended with Thai mango pulp, ideal alongside their tandoori dishes.
**SinJu Smokehouse 薪玖烤坊**
SinJu Smokehouse excels in Texas BBQ, particularly focusing on beef, especially brisket, which they'll bring to the festival.
**Menu Highlights:**
- Texas-Style Smoked Brisket – USDA choice beef brisket smoked with date wood for 12 hours, lightly seasoned to enhance the beef's natural flavors and smoky aroma.
**Drinks:**
- Weissbier – a traditional German wheat beer with a refreshing taste.
- American West Coast-style Session IPA – a classic beer that pairs well with American BBQ.
**XI TANG 熹棠**
Offering tastes of home, XI TANG will feature Beijing barbecue at the festival. Their barbecue is prepared using traditional marinades and cooking methods for an authentic experience.
**Menu Highlights:**
- Roast Lamb – slow-roasted lamb cubes cooked at a low temperature, seasoned with chili and cumin.
**Drinks:**
- Youth – rum mixed with lime, green grape, and basil.
- Grandpa in Summer – Nordes Gin combined with basil, cucumber, and may flower.
**LA PLATEA 兰蒂地中海餐吧**
Mediterranean restaurant La Platea will showcase Italian flavors at the fest.

- Grilled Thick-Cut Steak – perfectly grilled with a crispy exterior and tender inside, lightly sprinkled with Fleur de Sel de Guérande, served with grilled Mediterranean vegetables.

**The T Restaurant 酷车潮玩美式餐厅**
American diner The T Restaurant will showcase various styles of American BBQ at the fest.

- Kansas-Style Pork Ribs

- Steak – USDA Prime grade sirloin from IBP

**Rosy Bistro 燃喜Bistro**
Rosy Bistro will present a multitude of barbecue flavors at the festival.

- Middle Eastern Spiced Roast Chicken Legs with Buttered Naan – chicken marinated in spiced yogurt, roasted to a crisp while remaining tender, served with soft naan bread.
- Crazy Beef Roll with Roasted Potatoes – a beef roulade filled with mushroom puree and mozzarella, accompanied by roasted potatoes.
