An exhibition focused on citrus, featuring drink pairings, free-flow wine on Wednesday, and more events coming up...
Check out the "Everything Citrus Exhibition" at Shifter Silo.
The Hongxing Hutong cocktail bar and eatery, Shifter, has unveiled a new exhibit in their concealed art space, Shifter Silo, titled "Citrus!" As the name suggests, it's dedicated to oranges, exploring everything from their various shades and history of cultivation to their significance in culture and art globally.
During the exhibition, a special cocktail called Pa Pa Gan is available, which is a boozy, tangy citrus smoothie made from whole chunjian oranges. For those seeking something stronger, Shifter also offers the Freeman Sidecar (shown below), crafted from cognac, Grand Marnier liqueur, Xinhui orange peel syrup, and lemon juice.
The "Citrus! Everything Citrus Exhibition" will be open until July 30 at Shifter, with free entry. Click here for more information.
