**MULU Launches NASI AH MA in Sanlitun**
Around a year after launching the Malaysian restaurant Laksa Queen, MULU has introduced another venue: NASI AH MA. Situated in Xingfucun, just around the corner from Jing-A, this cozy new establishment offers a Malaysian nasi campur concept featuring rice accompanied by various side dishes. You can start with "Ah Ma's Basic" (RMB 18), which includes rice topped with curry sauce, a sunny-side-up egg, and seasonal vegetables, and then select an additional dish from the counter for an extra RMB 20. Alternatively, there are pre-composed meal options like Nasi Kari Ayam (RMB 58) that includes Ah Ma Basic, Chicken Curry, and Lok Lok; or Nasi Rendang (RMB 68) which consists of Ah Ma Basic, Beef Rendang, and Wing Berempah.
Each day, the counter offers six to eight dishes for selection, with a seasonal menu featuring daily and weekly specials. If you wish to try several dishes, "Ah Ma's Big" (RMB 138) provides the Ah Ma Basic plus six additional dishes. Besides nasi, the menu also includes Sarawak Laksa Kway Teow (RMB 48), Beef Ball Kway Teow Soup (RMB 48), and various sides like Uncle's Chicken Satay (RMB 5), Wing Berempah (RMB 10), and Lok Lok (RMB 8). **New Texas BBQ Spot PIGNUT in Soft Opening**
PIGNUT BARBECUE has recently opened near WAB, positioned among other restaurants like Slider Nation, Pie Squared, and Hatsune. The team has traveled extensively across the US to learn from esteemed pit masters in order to perfect authentic American barbecue. Currently in soft opening, the menu includes classic selections such as pulled pork, beef brisket, and spare ribs, alongside burgers, tacos, starters, and sides.
For those who want to sample a variety, there’s a Texas Classic Platter (RMB 148) and a PIGNUT Party Platter (RMB 698). Among the exciting offerings, The Double Burger (RMB 78), which features pulled pork and beef brisket, particularly stands out. During the soft opening, PIGNUT is providing a 20 percent discount on all items until July 20.

**New Bar WITH in 798**
A new establishment named WITH, which stands for With Listening Bar, has opened in the 798 Arts District. This craft cocktail bar emphasizes music, featuring DJ decks and frequent live performances. On the cocktail menu, they offer classic drinks like Gin & Tonics (RMB 58) and Mojitos (RMB 58), as well as signature creations such as Umami Mocha Tonic (RMB 78), WITH Vinyl (RMB 98), and WITH Daisies (RMB 78). In addition to cocktails, they serve beer, wine, coffee, and soft drinks.

**Indonesian Gourmet Festival at The Balcony**
The Balcony at the Grand Hyatt at Oriental Plaza has launched an Indonesian Gourmet Festival running until July 23. Guest chefs Densi and Chandra from Grand Hyatt Jakarta have crafted a special menu of authentic Indonesian dishes, including Gado-Gado, Soto Ayam, Nasi Goreng Jawa, an assortment of Sambal, and Rendang Beef.
