**New Pakistani Restaurant CULTURE Opens in Sanlitun SOHO**
Sanlitun SOHO has recently welcomed CULTURE, a new Pakistani restaurant. Operated by the same team behind the restaurant and bar Puff & Chill, CULTURE focuses on delivering the authentic flavors and culinary heritage of Pakistan to Beijing. Their menu features a variety of dishes, including kebabs, biryanis, curries, and desserts, all crafted with traditional spices and fresh ingredients.

**Vegan Bistro Duli's First Beijing Branch in Soft Opening**
You might recognize Duli, a vegan bistro from Shanghai, which has hosted several pop-ups in Beijing, including one at Ori Sake & Food in 2023. They have now launched their inaugural Beijing location, officially in soft opening since last Friday (April 18). Situated just a street from Side Street Jianguomen and Nola, south of Ritan Park, Duli offers a range of signature dishes, including Mapo Tofu Hummus, Corn and Cauliflower Fritter With Bao (as pictured), and Tom Yum Wanton Soup.
To celebrate their soft opening, Duli is offering some gifts! From April 21 to 27, receive a free full-size Banila Co Cleansing Balm (valued at RMB 228) with the purchase of any bottle of wine, and from April 28 to May 8, get a free full-size MLB Body Lotion with any bottle of wine purchased. **a BAR of crayon Opens in Taikooli**
Another fresh spot that opened last Friday (April 18) is a BAR of crayon, celebrating with a guest shift by Simone Caporale, an award-winning bartender and owner of the world’s top bar, SIPS. a BAR of crayon is a new cocktail bar established by former Union bar manager Harry Hua and his team, in partnership with bar Long Fong.
The cocktail menu at a BAR of crayon will continue Union's contemporary cocktail style while incorporating Long Fong's use of unique Chinese ingredients. The initial version of the menu takes inspiration from Hua's hometown of Hebei, with the full May menu set to be launched soon.

**Larry the Bird Pop Up at Great Leap Lido This Saturday**
If you’ve been missing the chicken shop Larry the Bird, we have fantastic news! They will host a special collaboration this Saturday (April 26) with Great Leap at their Lido branch for the Terrace Opening Party. Kicking off at noon, a selection of Larry the Bird's most popular dishes will be available, including the Larry Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich (RMB 50), Boneless Fried Chicken (RMB 58), and Fried Chicken Parmesan Sandwich (RMB 60). To complement the food, Great Leap will offer a variety of their craft brews. There will also be a pop-a-shot game and a live DJ to enhance the atmosphere.
