Following the recent Sausage Fest entertainment post, we’re spotlighting the first half of over 50 vendors who will be serving a variety of delicious sausage creations at this year's Sausage Fest, taking place from March 28 to 30 at the FFC. From traditional German bratwurst to Spanish chorizo, African goat sausages, innovative takes on fully loaded American hot dogs, and much more, there’s a wide array of options to enjoy.

**Paulaner Bräuhaus Beijing 普拉那啤酒坊**
The Bavarian restaurant Paulaner Bräuhaus has created a limited edition Bavarian Hot Dog for the festival. They replace the usual hot dog bun with a chewy pretzel Laugen roll, filled with smoky Thuringian sausage, tangy Bavarian coleslaw, and a special mustard recipe for added flavor. Additionally, they’ll offer a Spicy Cheese Dog featuring a homemade cheese sausage with caramelized onions and sriracha aioli. Other items include Berliner Currywurst—a Berlin-style pork sausage topped with house-made tomato curry sauce and roasted curry powder, served with fries; a Mixed Sausage Sharing Platter; and a selection of their signature brews on tap.
**Arrow Factory Brewing 箭厂啤酒**
Arrow Factory will present a selection of their signature Stuff'd sausages, which includes The Herbie English—an English banger packed with fresh herbs; The Sage—a German bratwurst-style sausage; The Siesta—influenced by Spanish chorizo with smoked paprika and red wine; and The Spice of Life—featuring fresh chilies and spices along with potato and mushrooms. A variety of Arrow Craft Beers will also be available to wash it down.
**TRIBE GARDEN 部落花园非洲餐吧**
African restaurant TRIBE GARDEN will serve two types of hot dogs: the Afro Goat Hot Dog and Afro Beef Hot Dog, both handcrafted with a mix of African herbs and spices. They will also offer an impressive nine sausage varieties: Afro Goat Sausage, Afro Beef Sausage, Italian Snail Sausage, Kyiv Snail Sausage, Nürnberger Snail Sausage, Swiss Chicken Sausage, Vienna Veal Sausage, German Cheese Sausage, and Spanish Chorizo. In addition to the hot dogs and sausages, they’ll provide sides such as signature fried plantains, fries, and sweet potato fries, along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
**Goose Island Taproom 鹅岛精酿啤酒餐厅**
Goose Island Taproom will feature two hot dogs at the festival. The LA Dirt Dog includes a sausage topped with Bolognese, cheese sauce, ketchup, mustard, ranch dressing, and crispy onions in a bun. The Black Pepper Chicken Cartilage Hot Dog features a sausage topped with chicken cartilage, caramelized onion, roasted chilies, king oyster mushrooms, and crispy garlic. Alongside hot dogs, snacks like nachos and craft beers such as Goose IPA and 312 Urban Wheat Ale will be offered.
**Great Leap Brewing 大跃啤酒**
Great Leap will offer three hot dogs: the Champion Beef Chili Dog, which is slathered with their secret chili atop a classic hot dog sausage and finished with cheese; the Meatatarian Dog; and the Kraut Dog. A selection of their signature brews will also be available to enjoy with the hot dogs.
**Big Naughty Dogg**
Hot dog specialists Big Naughty Dogg will showcase various signature creations at the festival, including the Chongqing Wanza Dog—a classic hot dog topped with minced pork sauce, refried bawan beans, homemade Chongqing chili oil, and spring onions. Another option is the Kraut Dog, layered with grilled sauerkraut, onion, BBQ sauce, and pom sticks on a classic hot dog.
**Latina Brazilian Steakhouse 拉蒂娜•巴西牛排馆**
Representing South American flavors, Latina will present two sausage options: the Brazilian Hot Dog, known for its rich ingredients and flavors; and Brazilian Sausage, infused with Brazilian spices, essential for any churrasco, or Brazilian barbecue. To cool off, refreshing Caipirinhas will also be offered.
**MOKA BROS 摩卡站**
MOKA BROS will serve three types of hot dogs during the festival: The Classic, Eat Like Mexicans, and Aloha Hawaii, the latter being a hot dog sausage paired with roasted pineapple, red onion, and maple syrup. Their sausage offerings include a Hot Dog Sausage, Italian Sausage, and Chorizo Sa
