This establishment roasts single origin coffee in-house, and as indicated in their menu, patrons are asked to select from five different single origin beans—two from Ethiopia and others sourced from Kenya, Colombia, and Honduras—before ordering. Guests can also choose to savor the coffee straight to appreciate its full flavor profile.

      Recently redesigned, Ravens is a bar and eatery that once cohabited with Italian bar Nina.
