JEN Beijing’s Eco-Friendly Initiative
This April, JEN Beijing has collaborated with Free U Nature, AIMER MOVE CWM, Beijing Farmers’ Market, and EVITA PERON for a sustainability initiative. You can participate by bringing your used paper bags to assigned recycling locations – JEN Beijing Concierge, Trainyard, or the AIMER MOVE CWM store – by tomorrow (April 19). On April 20, Free U Nature will host a community bike ride commencing at JEN Beijing to deliver the collected bags to the Beijing Farmers’ Market for repurposing. Climate Fresk's Earth Day Workshops
In celebration of Earth Day, Climate Fresk will conduct a series of workshops in Beijing. These workshops provide a distinctive method to comprehend and address the climate crisis. Utilizing 42 cards based on IPCC reports, this interactive experience uncovers the causes, effects, and solutions to climate change in an engaging, collaborative manner. Climate Fresk will hold three workshops in total in Beijing – two on April 19 and one on April 23 – offered in a combination of English, Chinese, and French. All workshops are priced at RMB 68. Avisha Space's Earth Day Celebration
The yoga studio Avisha Space is organizing an Earth Day Celebration on April 22 from 11 am to 12:35 pm. Set in Chaoyang Park, the session will be led by Marcia, Yinai, and Bruno, the founder of Avisha Space, focusing on a morning filled with yoga, meditation, and healing rituals in a natural environment. The class fee is RMB 128 and includes a complimentary coffee or orange juice, with ten percent of the event's proceeds being donated to the Peabiru Institute, a Brazilian NGO dedicated to protecting the Amazon Rainforest. BritCham's Earth Day Discussion Panel: "Our Power, Our Planet"
On April 22 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm, the British Chamber of Commerce will host an Earth Day discussion panel titled "Our Power, Our Planet" at Robarts Spaces in Guanghua SOHO II.
