All the Other Vendors at the 50+ Sausage Fest

      Only one week remains until Sausage Fest 2.0, starting next Friday (March 28) and continuing until March 30 at the FFC. Earlier this week, we previewed the first half of our 50+ vendors participating, and now we’re back with all the spicy sausage details on the rest. From Thai sausages to unique collaborations, fusion hot dogs, and plenty of exclusive items just for the fest, here’s a glimpse of what you can indulge in next weekend.

      **Beersmith 鲜啤吧**

      Beersmith has crafted a selection of exclusive hot dogs for the festival, including two developed in partnership with Heishan BBQ. The first is the Heishan Smoked Cheese Inferno Dog, featuring a cheese-stuffed sausage grilled to perfection and topped with diced tomatoes, red onions, pickles, and mustard. The second, the Heishan Smoked Brisket Bomb, pairs slow-smoked brisket with house-made BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, and tangy pickles for a delightful sweet and savory experience. Cheese lovers can enjoy the Cheese "Overdose" Dog, where a hollowed crusty French baguette is filled with molten cheese, and a charcoal-grilled sausage is added for an ultimate cheesy, meaty treat. Their memorable Uncle Sam Classic is also a must-try. Beersmith will have a variety of refreshing brews on tap to complement your meal.

      **WILD KITE 野风筝**

      WILD KITE will present an exclusive hot dog, the Spicy Bean Nuclear Hot Dog, featuring a sausage aged for 36 hours, topped with a spicy, slow-cooked bean chili and crispy fried shallots. Additionally, they will offer a Handmade Mexican Sausage infused with chili powder and parmesan, slow-smoked and roasted for 12 hours, served with charred mashed potatoes, black pepper aioli, and a splash of lemon juice. Drink options include their signature brews: Wild Kite Sunset Blvd West Coast IPA and Double Fruited Sour Ale.

      **Rak Thai•Thai Home Cuisine 爱泰风•泰式家常菜**

      Adding some Thai flair to the festival, Rak Thai will serve Sai Ua, or Northern Thai sausage. Celebrated as one of Thailand's most flavorful sausages, Sai Ua combines premium pork with an array of aromatic herbs and spices, crafted with fresh ingredients like lemongrass, galangal, garlic, and makrut lime leaf to deliver authentic Northern Thai flavors. Alongside Sai Ua, Rak Thai will offer various Thai beverages, including Thai Milk Tea and Singha Beer.

      **Side Street 街旁**

      Burger champions Side Street have turned their focus to hot dogs, creating four exclusive options for the fest. The Maverick Dog features a chorizo sausage patty topped with avocado sauce, crispy tortilla strips, spicy mayo, and sautéed mushrooms. The remaining three hot dogs use a German-style pork sausage: the Golden Crunch Hot Dog, topped with crispy fried dough strips, cheese sauce, and zesty jalapeño relish; the Inferno Bite, loaded with crispy bacon, fried onions, jalapeño slices, melted cheese, and barbecue sauce; and the Chili Cheese Hot Dog, drizzled with homemade beef chili, melted cheese, and creamy mayo. To wash them down, Side Street will have a selection of craft cider, beer, and soft drinks available.

      **Berlin Bites 柏林百特**

      Berlin Bites, experts in street eats, will create two exclusive hot dogs for the festival. The first is the Curry Dog, a twist on their famous currywurst, featuring a fried pork sausage topped with homemade currywurst sauce, curry powder, and fried onions, served in a hot dog bun. The second is the Dö́nerdog, topped with crunchy roast beef, veggies, and a choice of herbs, garlic, or spicy dö́ner sauce. Rumor has it they might have additional sausage surprises for the fest, so don’t miss their booth to learn more.

      **The Local Cocktail Bar & Eatery**

      Focusing on classic American fare, The Local will feature a Classic American Hot Dog topped with crispy fried onions, pickle relish, Dijon mustard, and shredded lettuce, alongside a Jalapeño & Chili Cheese Dog. They will also offer several sausage options, including Sausage and Peppers with Marinara, Bratwurst with Sauerkraut, and an exclusive festival item: Andouille Sausage and Shrimp Boil, comprising creole sausage, shrimp, corn, and potatoes in a spicy, savory broth.

      **Atmosphere 云•酷**

      Atmosphere will showcase five exclusive hot dogs: Spicy Sambal 'Hottie' Hot Dog, Korean Beef & Kimchi Hot Dog, Mexican 'Salsa Party' Dog, Cheese Tornado Hot Dog, and Hot Dog Pro Max. They will also present a Classic German Sausage Combo Platter alongside
